A little bit smaller than i expected, but the strap extending makes up for it. I have a chronic illness and was looking for a smaller cross body than what i had due to shoulder pain and this was the perfect fit!! It holds a decent amount despite how small it is, especially with the front pocket.

It looks pretty much exactly as in the picture! It feels like a tote bag, pretty normal, but it is quite small compared to a normal totebag, so it probably won't fit alot but it can definitely fit your phone and other things ! ! Please like i'm broke >_<
